KSB has sold SPI Energie SAS, a subsidiary of the French company KSB SAS, to process engineering services specialist Duffau.
La Ravoire-based SPI Energie mainly provides services for industrial compressed air systems. The company has a workforce of 40 and generated sales revenue of €10 million in 2019.
KSB says that selling SPI Energie SAS is part of an initiative intended to strengthen the pump and valve company’s market position.
“With the sale of SPI Energie, we are now devoting more attention to the service business in the field of pumps and valves,” said Boris Lombard, managing director of KSB SAS.
