The Verder Group has bought the German hygienic pump sales company Koch Pumpentechnik Vertriebs GmbH & Co KG.
Koch Pumpentechnik specialises in the sale of Verder-owned Packo hygienic pumping solutions in Germany.
The company, which has been the exclusive German distribution partner of Packo pumps for more than 30 years, serves customers in the food & beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
The acquisition of Koch Pumpentechnik strengthens Verder’s hygienic pump position by offering a full portfolio of high end products, extensive knowledge and full support throughout Germany.
The newly acquired organization will continue under the name Verder-Koch GmbH & Co KG. Koch Pumpentechnik director Uwe Koch will stay with the business as managing director of Verder-Koch.
