Celeros Flow Technology has launched as a standalone company following SPX Flow Inc’s recent divestment of its Power & Energy division to an affiliate of funds managed by private equity company Apollo Global Management Inc.
The Celeros portfolio of pump, valve and filtration technologies includes the Airpel, ClydeUnion Pumps, Copes-Vulcan, Dollinger, GD Engineering, M&J Valve, Plenty and Vokes brands. Together they employ more than 1800 people at 20 sites globally.
The new company serves customers in diverse end markets such as conventional, renewable and nuclear power, oil and gas (both onshore and offshore), petrochemical processing, water treatment and marine vessels.
