Based in Burgos, Spain, Hidrotecar had sales of €13 million in 2010 and employs about 50 people.
With the acquisition of Hidrotecar, Sulzer Pumps adds a new manufacturing, assembly and service facility mainly serving water customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The acquisition will also strengthen Sulzer Pumps’ aftermarket presence in the water sector.
